- FEMA National Risk Index (census tracts)
Risk scores and ratings for 18 natural hazards at the census tract level.
- FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL)
Effective flood zones from FEMA digital flood maps.
- Mapbox Geocoding API
Address search and coordinates.
Privacy
Addresses you type are sent to Mapbox to find matching locations. Property coordinates are sent to FEMA public map services to look up hazard data. ClimaRisk does not store addresses, building details or reports. Building details stay in your browser until you leave or reload the page.
Accessibility
The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus states, labeled controls and reduced motion settings. Risk ratings are always shown as text, not by color alone.
